A battery-operated tiny box that attaches to the body suit receives information from the streaming software on your trainer’s tablet. It then transmits the information to the pads on the bodysuit. This allows your trainer to digitally personalize the intensity of your workout throughout your session. It also serves to transmit real life data (temperature, calories, etc.) from your suit back to the trainer.
