EMS STUDIO FLOOR CLASSES

Our wireless EMS studio floor classes are made up of 20 minutes of floor exercises designed to work over 95% of your muscle tissue to improve endurance, strength, and power, all while benefiting from complete freedom of movement.

Our EMS studios include TRX suspension bands, AT sports flex, triceps ropes, weight bars, bosu balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, cable attachments and more!

We202 floor classes are trainer-guided for up to 10 people max!

EMS STUDIO CARDIO CLASSES

Our wireless EMS cardio exercises consist of 20 minutes of cardio exercises to naturally boost your metabolism, increase speed, lose weight, and improve cardiovascular health. We use treadmills and HIIT exercises throughout your class for maximum gains.

We202 cardio classes are trainer-guided for up to 10 people max!

WHAT TO EXPECT

5-MINUTE
EMS WARM-UP

This will increase your body’s temperature & reduce your risk of injury. It will also allow you to build up a sweat so the powersuit electrodes can effectively conduct the EMS impulses to your muscles.

20-MINUTE
EMS WORKOUT

Your trainer guides you through a series of specifically designed exercises of repeated tense & relax cycles to maximize your workout output.

5-MINUTE
EMS COOLDOWN

Our EMS system will provide you this period of massage and stretching to recover from your workout and go on with your daily activities.

5-MINUTE

HOW IT WORKS

EMS POWERSUIT

The We202 wireless EMS training experience begins the moment you enter the studio, and your trainer gives you an EMS power suit to change into. Once you have your wireless bodysuit on, your trainer will ask about any areas of concern or special goals that you may have in preparation for your workout.

TRAINERS BY YOUR SIDE

The trainer will then connect a small battery pack to the side of your suit which works as the contact point between your suit and the trainer’s operating pad. They will digitally personalize your workout throughout your 20-minute session.

STAY HYDRATED

We insist that you drink at least 16 oz. of water during the work and within the first hour post-workout to avoid dehydration and any health consequences. We suggest drinking plenty of water and electrolytes throughout the day.

Most people prefer small group training classes at a studio over working out at a large gym because of the sense of community and camaraderie.

Our small group EMS classes (10 max) allow you get the most out of your workouts. All our EMS classes are led by an EMS certified trainer that is always by your side. Our trainers are passionate about what they do, always inspiring confidence and friendship amongst our members, and motivating them to be their best selves in and outside of our We202 studios!
